This is a great evening ride covering urban and rural settings.  Once south of the perimeter the ride becomes very enjoyable as there is a lot less traffic and a good paved shoulder.  The route crosses the floodway and turns south along Turnbull Drive to jct of Hwy 75.   Here we stop and usually rest before continuing back through St Norbert.  We regroup in front of St Norbert's Provincial Heritage Park where washroom facilities are available for visitors.

Cycle in the City - Fraser Grove

< NOTE 7:00 p.m. START p>   This is an oldie but a goodie. The only new twist to this popular ride is that it starts and finishes at Robins Donuts - 396 Provencher Blvd.   We will cross Provencher into Lagimodiere Gaboury Historical Park, cycling through the park and take the Archibald underpass. From there, it’s a winding path though west Elmwood and finishing up in beautiful Fraser Grove Park.

Birdshill Loop and Beyond

This ride is a bit more challenging but definitely doable for all comers.  50 - 60 kms in length depending if riders wish to complete the park loop at the end.  Includes good hill climbing and descents as well as long flat stretches.  Bring along a snack lunch and some liquid refreshments and enjoy the ride with many of the clubs experienced riders.
NOTE:  Contact ride leader Thursday evening to confirm starting time and location.
