Our Ride RatingsRoad (R)R1 Beginner:Shorter distances (less than 60K); relaxed pace (avg less than 22 kph); minimal climbing; short distances, optimal for newer, easy-going cyclists. R2 Intermediate:Medium distances 60 - 90K); faster pace (avg 20 - 24 kph); longer distances, additional climbing; optimal for regular or semi-regular cyclists. R3 Advanced:Longer distances (90K+); fast pace (avg 25KPH+); more climbing; optimal for experienced, fit cyclists.
Off Road T (Technical)T1 Beginner:Flat or small hills; gravel roads or dirt trails; relatively smooth surface; short distance; optimal for newer or easy-going riders with basic technical skills. T2 Intermediate:Mixed terrain; steeper hills; some soft surfaces; longer distances; good for developing skills & endurance. Optimal for regular riders with better technical skills. T3 Advanced:Single track; rock or soft surfaces; gravel road/trails w/steep hills; challenging terrain, longer distances. Optimal for experienced, very fit riders with advanced technical skills. Notes:In general terms, WCC Members expect rides to become more demanding as the Club ride season progresses and their fitness levels improve.
