This ride will begin behind Shapes at Pembina Crossing Shopping Ctr. from here it travels under the Bishop Grandin Bridge and on into University of MB. The ride will remain on the west side of the Red River through St. Norbert andonto Turnbull Dr. Once on Turnbull Dr. the ride goes country with lots of country scenery and little road traffic. A hassle free ride along Turnbull Dr. to jucntion of Hwy 75 and return via same route. Lunch may be had in St. Norbert on return trip as a few eating spots are available. Approximately 35 kms of easy riding. |

This weekend was originally slotted for the WCC BBQ but it has been decided to hold this event on SUNDAY September 19. The WCC BBQ has been moved to Sept 19th a replacement ride – Ile des Chenes Ride – will start at Winnipeg Rowing Club –

Winnipeg Trails -- Thursdays
This is like a Wednesday ride at a leisurely pace off road ride for mountain or hybrid bikes. Weather permitting we will ride the trails of Winnipeg avoiding the singletrack trails.
We will ride east, west, north, south, once in each direction. South will follow the Seine River, West will be on the Harte Trail and North will follow the Pritchard Farm Trail, East will take us to Transcona.
All rides will start 7 pm. No need to phone ride leader.
Tonights ride: May 5 at 7 pm -- Start from the Childrens Museum at the Forks and will follow the Seine river trails south.

Sat Oct 29 Trails of Birds HillJoin your ride leader on a late fall adventure ride exploring the various trails of Birds Hill Park. Weather permitting, Roger will lead a mtn bike ride along the various trails Birds Hill Park has to offer. This may be the last opportunity to ride sansnow for this year.

Tuesday, November 1 Easy Riders - NovemberEasy Riders took advantage of our great weather here and hosted a mtn bike ride from Roseisle to Notre Dame de Lourdes and return. Couln't have asked for better temlperatures in November. I have postead a few of R. Larivieres pictures below of this great ride.
